MRO Managment Coursee

The FAR 145 Repair Station Management course was created to provide the knowledge required to certify and manage an FAA-approved repair Station.  This 20-hour Instructor-led course is offered in a Zoom or Google Meet format to allow student participation. Your instructors are not only experts in Federal Air Regulations but also bring an extra understanding of recently managing a repair station as a Chief Inspector and Director of Maintenance. We can use our experience to provide suggestions to create the procedures the FAA requires in the manuals.

To enhance your understanding and compliance with FAA regulations use our Student Guides for the Quality Aviation SMS FAR Part 145 Repair Station Management Course. Designed as a companion to the FAR Part 145 course, each order consists of a comprehensive two-volume set complete with detailed PowerPoint slides, allowing students to take thorough notes and access critical FAA guidance and regulatory source references.

FAA Human Resources Book

This course is created around the Operators Manual: Human Factors in Aviation Maintenance:

This manual recognizes that readers already know the importance of human factors — a science that pays attention to physical, psychological, and other human attributes to ensure that we work safely and efficiently with minimal risk to others and equipment. The chapters discuss seven critical human factors topics that contribute to the goal of creating and reinforcing a safety culture where employees practice safe habits, both at work and at home.

AnP Basic Electricity.png

One of the hardest subjects most A&P Generals test takers is the Basic Electricity element. This presentation was created for the NCATT AET where the test is not published.  This required me to teach the subjects with a higher understanding. I achieve this with videos with graphics and examples about how to answer complex formulas and theory.
